What will the question look like?

Three actions are given, all credible. You pick the most appropriate and the least appropriate. The middle option is implicitly the second-best and is never selected.

  • You must choose two answers: most and least.
  • All three options are plausible — none are obviously absurd.
  • Compare what each action actually achieves, not just how it sounds.
  • The most appropriate action is usually direct, within role and addresses the real issue.
  • The least appropriate usually causes harm, breaches something or ignores the problem entirely.
